No commercial or theatrical licensing rights are granted unless expressly confirmed through a written agreement by an authorized representative of the Company.

Where tickets are offered through the Website, purchases are subject to the conditions displayed during the booking process and any additional Ticket Purchase & Attendance Policy.

7.1 Ticket Purchases

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking and attendee information.

Ticket prices, seating categories, performance dates, applicable taxes, service charges and additional fees will be displayed before purchase confirmation.

A booking will be confirmed only following successful completion of the required booking and payment process and issuance of confirmation.

7.2 Digital Tickets and Entry

7.5 Attendance and Safety

Admission is subject to venue rules, published age restrictions, applicable safety requirements and the reasonable instructions of authorized event personnel.

Children must be accompanied and supervised as required by the event's admission policy.

Dreamrock Entertainment Ltd. and authorized venue personnel may refuse or terminate admission where reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention or serious misconduct, subject to applicable law.

To protect the theatrical experience and the intellectual property of the Production, unauthorized recording of SHOJAA performances is prohibited except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by Dreamrock Entertainment Ltd.

Visitors must not, without permission:

• Make audio or video recordings of protected theatrical performances.

• Livestream or broadcast performances.

• Use professional recording equipment during performances.

• Commercially reproduce or distribute performance footage.

• Upload or monetize unauthorized recordings of the Production.

Personal photographs may be permitted in designated areas and at specified times, subject to venue instructions, privacy rights and safety requirements.
